Hi! I’m Bre

It’s no secret, teenage years and early adulthood can be challenging. During this stage of life, we’re still learning who we are, how relationships work, and how to make sense of the world around us. Change is constant and even well-earned independence can sometimes feel isolating.

But you don’t have to navigate it all on your own.

Growing up, I was always curious about what drove people’s choices and behaviors. This is what led me to psychology. I found the more I understood myself and the people around me, the safer and more grounded I felt. As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping teens and young adults cultivate this same sense of stability, self-compassion, and resilience as they step out into a life of their own.

Standing Alongside You

Wherever you are in life and whatever challenges you may be facing, you deserve to be seen, heard, and understood for who you are.

I’m passionate about truly connecting with teens and young adults, creating a safe, non-judgmental environment that not only allows me to get to know you but also allows you to get to know yourself. This means focusing on your strengths as well as your struggles, building on your core sense of identity, and honoring the way your unique culture and worldview shape your experiences.

I consider it a privilege to guide and advocate for my clients in building the skills and confidence that empower them to achieve the life they want for themselves. We’ll start wherever you are today and work toward your goals — developing resilience, improving emotional regulation, and building healthy relationships along the way.

My Professional Journey

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) dedicated to fostering safety, acceptance, and growth for each of my clients. I care deeply about creating a space where we can explore challenges with empathy and begin to envision a future you can be excited about.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. For the past ten years, I have helped adolescents, teens, and young adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I tailor my approach to meet each of my clients’ unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

My professional journey has been shaped by my passion for assisting clients in understanding their inner world and equipping them with practical tools that can be applied both in session and in their daily lives.

I would be honored to be a part of your journey!
