EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidenced based form of therapy that supports clients in healing from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences or trauma. Repeated studies show that by using EMDR therapy people can experience the benefits of psychotherapy much faster than what once took years to make a difference. Using the detailed protocols, clients can activate their natural healing processes.
